LATEST UPDATES as of 3/30/2020

In light of the "shelter in place" mandate by Alameda County, Celebration Party Equipment Rentals will be adjusting business hours & policies as detailed below (effective 3/17/2020 - 5/1/2020):

 

Business hours:

  •             Customer Service: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 9am - 5pm, Sat: 9am - 1pm (phone, video call & email only)

  •              Showroom: Closed until 5/1/2020

  •              Warehouse: Closed until 5/1/2020

Delivery Policies (for essential businesses only):

  •             All local delivery & pick up fees reduced temporarily 

  •             Free deliveries for select rentals 

Current Orders:

  •            No penalty fees for reservations cancelled by 10 business days before rental date

  •            No ​penalties for postponing existing reservations 

Equipment Maintenance:

  •           Increase washing & sanitizing of all equipment

  •           Increased frequency of cleaning & sanitizing of entire facility​

We will heed the orders recommended by the State & County in order to help flatten the curve of this current COVID-19 crisis. It is our honor and privilege to serve you and look forward to being a part of your celebrations in the near future!
