•          Customer Service (Jan 2022): Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm

•          Showroom: Appointments Required (Masks required)

• ​         No more than 3 people at a time​ in showroom

Orders:​

• ​         Delivery & Pick up services available for an additional fee​

• ​         Curbside pick up available upon request​

•          No penalty fees for reservations cancelled by 10 business days before rental date

• ​         No ​penalties for postponing existing reservations (with 10 day notice)

• ​         Extended ​rentals available for select businesses

Safety:​

•          Masked service 

•          Increased washing & sanitization of all equipment

• ​         Increased frequency of cleaning & sanitization of entire facility​

•          Support for employee(s) staying home if feeling unwell
